DY-Q UV Analyzer

The multigas CEM analyzer developed based on the ultraviolet spectroscopic absorption spectroscopy technology.The analyzer can measure the concentration of SO2, NOx, O2, etc., which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time and wide application range

VPT analyzer

The VPT analyzer of stack emission measurement is equipped with an independent backflush control unit, which is specially developed for high dust, high humidity and high temperature environments for flue gas emission detection.

Automatic timing or manual dynamic pressure and flow rate zero calibration.

High measurement accuracy, good reliability, and long-term continuous operation.

Equipped with backflushing unit, it can regularly clean up the dust in the pitot tube, and the backflush interval can be set.

Dust analyzer

The dust analyzer uses the laser backscattering principle to determine the dust concentration of the flue to be tested. The embedded high-stability laser signal source traverses the flue and irradiates the dust. The irradiated dust will reflect the laser signal, and the reflected signal intensity and the dust concentration will change positively. The weak laser signal reflected by the smoke is detected, and the concentration of the flue dust can be calculated by a specific algorithm.

Gas sampling probe

For the special working condition environment of sampling, the contact part of the sampling probe and the sample gas can be made of materials suitable for working conditions such as stainless steel and PTFE, and has the sample gas filtering function. The length of the probe can be customized according to the working condition pipeline, and the filtering precision can be Up to 5μ with pulsed automatic backflush.

Heating sampling pipe

High-quality constant power / self-limiting temperature dual-channel (Φ8mm) anti-corrosion sampling composite pipe, heating temperature 60-150 ° C (temperature can be set), to ensure that smoke from the chimney is sent to the flue gas preprocessor The temperature of the flue gas prevents changes in the composition of the flue gas due to condensation, which causes deviations in the data measured by the analysis. The inner tube that is in contact with the flue gas is made of PFA/FEP/PTFE, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.

Condenser

The condenser is condensed by a bipolar compressor, the dew point of the outlet sample gas can reach 2-4 °C, the temperature monitoring point is located in the wall of the refrigeration chamber, the temperature monitoring is timely and accurate, the temperature control table collects the sensor signal in real time, and the temperature fluctuation range is set at 1 °C, and There are high and low temperature alarms, setting temperature 3 °C or 4 °C, cooling minimum setting temperature 2 °C. The peristaltic pump hose uses a high-quality wear-resistant long-life peristaltic pump tube NOVOPRENE (chloroprene) for long life.



Data Acquisition, Control, and Transmission Unit

It consists of data acquisition module, industrial computer, display, system software and data acquisition and transmission instrument.
